    White is obvious
    Snow = here refers to Crack (cocaine) which is synonymous with snow - picture could be about Cracking a C (opening a can of CocaCola)

    Pic refers to Landlocked seas (Cs in a box) and this refers to the Great lakes (which are also called landlocked seas)

    HOMES (well known short form for the Great Lakes) hence character is Sherlock Holmes
